Veterinary professionals can access the CPD on the website - www.cardioacademy.cevalearn.com - and new sessions will be added every month, covering a wide range of cardiology topics. Each session will last around 30 minutes and involve an interactive multimedia presentation. CPD certificates will then be available.
Product manager, Fraser Broadfoot MRCVS, explains: “There have been many advances in the diagnosis and treatment of heart failure in recent years. The aim of this website is to become a practical and up-to-date resource on the management of heart failure in practice.”
The first two sessions, which are now available online, will cover the Pathophysiology of Mitral Valve Disease, by Adrian Boswood, and Clinical Examination of the Cardiac Dog, by Gérard Le Bobinnec.
