CVS’ Coast 2 Coast Farm Vets is to relocate, upgrade and grow its practice in Helston.
On 11th July the office is being moved from a temporary site at Burnuick Farm[i], to a new purpose built premises in Helston Business Park in the east of the town[ii].
The new property will enable the practice to significantly expand the range of clinical services it offers in the locality. The modern building is all on one level and houses the latest farm veterinary facilities and equipment, including an in-house laboratory.
Bull testing, advanced breeding services and a TB Advisory Service team will work from Helston with a new “Mastatest” mastitis testing machine and “Ovacyte” faecal worm and fluke egg counting machines, in addition to blood testing services. The reception also houses “The Shop” with all potential products needed for day-to-day farming, including waterproofs, marker sprays and the full range of Selekt oral fluid therapy products. There is also an array of VPS wormers, fly repellents and vaccines. In addition, the practice offers expert advice from on-site RAMA, Stacey Bradley, meaning farmers can walk in and pick up made-to-measure products, which can be based on faecal egg count results with 15 minutes. All products are competitively priced and price matching is in operation.
Stacey Bradley and Yzelkla Milliken will continue to form part of the Coast 2 Coast administration team within the practice. This will allow its vet team and authorised TB testers to work together, providing farm data analysis, health planning and its standard farm veterinary work.

“We had outgrown using the dispensary at the Rosemullion practice on Tyacke Road back in 2021. We were then grateful to be able to plant a temporary site at Burnuick Farm and to have this interim location.
“The new site at Helston Business Park is an exciting move for us, having been in the pipeline since 2017. It is a fantastic new practice with superb new lab facilities. It’ll mean that we’ll be able to offer great client care from a purpose built farm-only environment.”
The previous Coast 2 Coast Vets Practice was based on Burnuick Farm, Gunwalloe. The new site will work closely and complement the range of services already offered by Coast 2 Coast Farm Vets based at Mitchell.
