When I sold in 2005 we had over 20vets and 4clinics .Building on that proven success we aim to create a rapidly expanding low cost / high quality / high volume model.Easipetcare is funded by me and my partner Charles Auld who ran Britains biggest private hospital company until recently . We do not borrow at all but have ample resources to back 20 branches, which is our aim in 3 years . We are unique within the vet industry as in addition to competitive salaries no less than 30% of the companys shares are being granted to senior practitioners. You pay nothing for your shares,they are no-cost options but in 3 years when the company is floated / sold the value of your shares will be realised and you will make life changing money .
