Two in every three dogs are estimated to have some kind of behavioural issue* and it’s an area that natural supplements company Lintbells will be focussing on at BSAVA congress.  Lintbells will also be showing how it supports practices with details of its loyalty scheme and a competition to win £200 of Ticketmaster vouchers. Find Lintbells at stand 127.

This year has seen the company put a big emphasis on behaviour management with free online webinars and lots of information available on its vet exclusive website www.lintbellsvet.com.

Lintbells Veterinary Director James Howie believes that many clients don’t know where to turn to for help with their dog’s behaviour, “Our response was to develop a YuCALM support pack to help practice staff talk through behaviour approaches with their clients and find the best solutions for their needs.”

This resource is complemented by educational waiting room videos to keep clients informed, as well as seasonal literature and display materials to keep the space looking fresh and interesting. There will be an opportunity to review it all on the stand.

Those delegates looking for opportunities to improve practice business performance will be able to enjoy promotional offers on YuCALM and YuMEGA Itchy Dog and find out about Lintbells’ client loyalty programme and the ‘See The Difference’ guarantee. These initiatives are designed to incentivise clients to try pet supplements and reward existing users buying from the practice.

Lintbells co-founder John Howie says more and more practices are stocking Lintbells products, “For us, it’s very important to support practices by ensuring that as well as supplying high quality products, we also provide tools to help them succeed. Our YuCALM client education initiative provides veterinary practices with a framework they can use to help their canine patients live calmer, happier lives”

Delegates interested in discussing multimodal approaches to calming, or Lintbells’ practice support programmes can talk to team members on stand 127.
