Student Veterinary Nurse Emily Macvarish has been presented with a new iPad Mini after winning a competition from nutritional supplements firm Lintbells.
Emily, who works in the Small Animal division of Minster Vet Group in York, won her prize in a competition at BSAVA Congress. Former Veterinary Nurse Rachel Tomlinson-Leyden, now Lintbells’ Veterinary Business Development Executive for the North East of England visited the practice to officially present the prize.
Emily said: “It was great to meet the Lintbells team at BSAVA because we stock their range of supplements and health products for dogs and cats including YUMOVE and YUMEGA Plus and we receive very positive feedback about them from our clients. Winning the iPad Mini was a lovely surprise and I’m very grateful to Rachel for coming along to present it to me personally.”
Lintbells’ Marketing Director John Howie said: “We had a new stand at BSAVA this year which attracted a great deal of interest and brought an excellent response to our competition. The Minster Vet Group has worked with us for some time and we congratulate Emily on her win.”
