Paul Wilkinson Appointed As New Managing Director At NVS Group Following Martin Riley’s Retirement

Leader in UK veterinary wholesale, consumables, software and laboratory services, NVS Group, has announced the appointment of a new Managing Director, Mr Paul Wilkinson. With over two decades of senior leadership experience across the logistics and healthcare sectors, Paul brings a wealth of expertise in healthcare distribution, commercial leadership and operational development. Paul’s appointment comes following the retirement of previous NVS Group Managing Director, Martin Riley, on 30th September 2025 after a successful 20-year tenure.
Recently Paul served as President of Movianto UK, providing a supply chain service to the healthcare sector, where he led the organisation through a period of significant growth and transformation, including the delivery of the UK’s Covid-19 vaccination programme in partnership with national health authorities. He previously founded and scaled the healthcare logistics start-up STOK UK Ltd, later acquired by Arvato, and has also held senior roles at Cold Chain Technologies and IRhythm Technologies.

Paul will also be attending the London Vet Show in November and is looking forward to meeting colleagues and partners from across the veterinary industry.
