More than 100 practice owners will benefit from a free marketing consultation to examine their practice’s growth, at November’s London Vet Show. Exhibitor Vets Practice Growth UK is running a marketing advice clinic at its stand C31, during the two day show in Olympia. Practice owners need to book their slot ahead of the show, by visiting www.vetsgrowthuk.com. The company already works with dozens of practice owners around the UK, helping them improve their marketing to grow their business. Managing director Paul Green said: “It’s been another tough year for many independent practices, with significantly increased corporate competition and the further commoditisation of the veterinary market. “London Vet Show is an incredibly vibrant, exciting show, and we know this will be a popular additional service.” Practice owners can ask Growth UK’s consultants any marketing or growth question, in complete confidence. Paul said: “Maybe you’ve got a problem getting new clients, or beating aggressive corporate competitors. Maybe it’s an issue getting your staff to do what you want, the way you want it to be done. “Or maybe you’re struggling to get your vets to push your health plan, despite the obvious benefits for the client. “Our consultants will show that there are only three ways to grow any practice. Firstly you need to get more new clients, then secondly get them to ethically buy from the practice more often. And finally ethically find ways to get clients to spend more, in a way which makes them happy.” He added: “The most reliable way to grow a practice is to focus on all three of these growth areas at the same time.” Paul and his team founded Vets Practice Growth UK to help practice owners fight back against the corporates. Paul’s book “The Game is Changing was published in March this year. More than 1,800 practice owners and managers now have a copy.
