Vets4Pets Practice In Suffolk Named 2021 Practice Of The Year

A Suffolk practice has been named Vet Practice of the Year at the 2021 Petplan Veterinary Awards.
Vets4Pets Martlesham was given the award during a virtual ceremony held on Petplan’s Facebook page, hosted by comedian and actor Marcus Brigstocke.
Now in their 22nd year, the awards celebrate the nation’s most outstanding vets, vet nurses, practices, practice managers and support staff.
On receiving the award and on behalf of the team, joint venture partner and veterinary surgeon, Bonni Hussay, said: “The team at Vets4Pets Martlesham are thrilled to have been awarded Petplan’s UK Veterinary Practice of the Year; it is a huge honour.
“Working through the pandemic we, like so many, have faced challenges that we have had to overcome and adapt to, in order to continue supporting the local community and their pets. The support we have received from our clients is truly humbling and we are so grateful to those who have nominated us for this award.
“The award is a testament to the work ethic, friendliness and dedication to pet care that we all have here at Vets4Pets Martlesham. We are a relatively small team who are very supportive of each other and we strive to offer a friendly and reassuring service to our clients, as well as treating the pets that come into our care as if they were our own.
“Receiving this award has given us a real boost and demonstrates just how important each and every member of the team is in creating a positive experience for clients and patients alike.
“We are always striving to progress and improve our services and this accolade motivates us to continue to do so."
