VetSupport+ is hitting the road this spring to deliver a nationwide roadshow of free Business Management Surgeries for partners, practice managers and senior staff.
The surgeries, entitled ‘Is your practice benefitting from engaged employees?’, will explore the link between employee engagement and productivity. At the heart of the session will be the findings from the most comprehensive bespoke study of employee engagement ever carried out amongst veterinary practices. The study of more than 4,000 responses identified, for the first time, the three drivers for an actively engaged team within a veterinary practice.
An engaged employee is one who understands their role and the positive impact that they can have on both the end customer and the overall success of the business, a disengaged employee can have an equally negative impact. For comparatively small teams such as vet practices, putting in place programmes that deliver the best performance from their valuable human resources should be of paramount importance.
Taking the unique knowledge and insight from the study, the surgeries will cover key areas of individual and team performance and the impact these can have on a practice’s success.
