The introduction of a low iodine diet for hyperthyroidism, DOCP injections for hypoadrenocorticism, surgical options for hyperadrenocorticism, new insulin types for diabetes mellitus, and re-discovered common causes for diabetes mellitus, have made companion animal endocrinology a dynamic field in recent years.

This course will cover most of these recent issues in a series of dynamic lectures with plenty of opportunity for you to ask questions.

By focusing on the most common endocrinopathies, enough time can be spent on the real decisions all practitioners have to make on a daily basis when dealing with this type of patient.

After the course you will be able to make these decisions with more confidence, using the evidence based, logical approach provided by a lecturer who lives and breathes endocrinology on a daily basis in a busy clinical and clinical research environment.
