A fantastic opportunity became available for a practice manager to join my client’s practice.
They are hoping to recruit someone with leadership and motivational abilities; however they are keen to give an opportunity to a head/senior nurse or head receptionist who would like to progress in their career. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in supervising teams and managing human resources. Driving licence and a car is a must to be able to travel between sites.
Duties will include:
- Supervise and lead a team of veterinary staff and support personnel
- Manage human resources functions including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee financial management tasks such as budgeting, billing, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and protocols
- Coordinate with veterinarians to optimize patient care and client satisfaction
- Implement strategies to enhance practice efficiency and profitability
This position is full-time, working 5 days a week with potentially one day from home. There are no weekends or OOHs.
