Senior Veterinary Surgeon – South West London
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident GP Veterinary Surgeon to take on a senior role within a long-established small animal practice in South West London. This position offers genuine autonomy to shape the practice’s next chapter, supported by a collaborative regional network and excellent hospital backup.
The Role
Hours: 3 days per wee
Weekends: 1:3 Saturdays | 1:10 Sundays
Salary: £64,000–£85,000 DOE (FTE)
This hands-on GP role is ideal for a Veterinary Surgeon seeking to step into a senior position with clinical freedom and scope to help build and mentor a developing team. The practice is entering a new phase, with a senior RVN also joining - creating an exciting opportunity to shape a strong, forward-thinking team culture from day one.
The clinic handles a varied first opinion caseload with loyal, insured clients and is well-positioned for further investment. There is also scope to develop ultrasound facilities for vets with a diagnostic imaging interest.

You’ll be a confident, personable Veterinary Surgeon who enjoys a busy first opinion environment and values building lasting relationships with clients. A passion for diagnostics, leadership, or mentorship would be highly regarded.
