Senior Veterinary Surgeon – East London
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident and experienced Veterinary Surgeon to take the lead in a busy, well-established small animal practice in East London. This senior position offers the chance to shape the future of a thriving clinic, support a developing team, and enjoy a rewarding mix of clinical and leadership responsibilities.
The Role
Hours: 4-day week
Weekends: 1:4 Saturdays | 1:8 Sundays
Salary: £65,000–£85,000 DOE
This hands-on GP role involves a blend of consultations, surgery, and team mentorship. The practice has recently invested in ultrasound equipment and functions as a busy “mini hub” supporting nearby clinics, with excellent diagnostic and hospital backup from a local 24-hour site.
About You
The ideal candidate will be a confident, forward-thinking Veterinary Surgeon with strong leadership and communication skills. Experience managing a busy caseload or supporting a clinical team is desirable, but support is available for anyone taking their first step into a senior position.
