Senior Veterinary Surgeon – Busy Small Animal Practice
Salary: Up to £85,000 DOE | Hours: 4-day week | Full-Time

With strong support from a nearby 24-hour hospital, a friendly team culture, and exciting investment plans in new diagnostic facilities, this role offers the perfect balance of leadership, clinical work, and career development.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the clinical team day-to-day alongside a team of vets and the Senior RVN
- Delivering a varied caseload of consultations and surgeries
- Supporting and mentoring colleagues in a collaborative environment
- Helping shape future practice investment and equipment needs
What They’re Looking For
- An experienced, MRCVS-registered small animal vet
- Confident in sole charge and routine surgery
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, varied caseload
- A proactive leader with strong clinical and communication skills
- Keen to develop skills further while supporting and inspiring the team
What’s on Offer
- Salary Up to £85,000 depending on experience
- 4-day working week
- 1 in 4 Saturdays & 1 in 8 Sundays
