SPVS and VPMA running a CPD course focussing on Brian Faulkner’s Colourful Consultation model in Harrogate on Wednesday 4th November 2015.  Brian will detail the eight crucial stages of consultation and describe the specific behaviours and communication strategies which will deliver optimum clinical and financial outcomes.

The course is aimed at any vet who wants to improve their own consultation technique or any manager or practice owner wanting a better understanding of the inconsistencies in how their vets perform.

The course costs £190+VAT for SPVS and VPMA members, or £265+VAT for non-members.  CPD certificates, lunch and refreshments will be included.
