BVRA And ROYAL CANIN Announce Bristol As Final Venue For Receptionist Roadshow
ROYAL CANIN and the newly formed British Veterinary Receptionist Association (BVRA) have announced that the final leg of the Receptionist Roadshow will be held in Bristol on 29th November.
Having started its tour of the country on the 3rd of May in Glasgow the ROYAL CANIN Receptionist Roadshow is designed around four core contact points; first contact, diary entry, arrival & waiting and finish & follow up stages.
It will then be in Daventry on 13th September, Barnsley on 18th October and wrap up in the city of Bristol. The Roadshow, which is relevant for all veterinary receptionists as well as practice managers looking after reception teams will see experts from the BVRA visit all locations across the UK.
John O’Connor, Veterinary Marketing Manager at ROYAL CANIN, said: “Receptionists are usually the first contact a client has with a practice and as we all know, first impressions last! A crucial element of all customers’ experience, reception staff come across a variety of daily challenges, including dealing with upset clients. Their positive attitude, organisational and listening skills are imperative to running a successful practice.
“As Global Partners of the ISFM Cat-Friendly Clinic initiative, receptionists attending the ROYAL CANIN Receptionist Roadshow’s will also benefit from expert advice on how best to specifically cater for feline clients.”
