This month saw the 5th Companion Care annual conference, which was spread over two days packed full of CPD; from clinical lectures through to team management workshops, closing with a black tie dinner. This year the Companion Care Partners were also joined by some Vets4Pets Partners and support colleagues. Saturday’s usual company updates and success stories had the added element of a presentation about what the new merger with Vets4Pets really means for the future of the business and the added value this now provides Joint Venture Partners including; better buying power, a larger support team and the pride of being one of the biggest Veterinary Groups in the UK . After dessert it was time for an awards ceremony which included prizes for Practice of the Year and Vet of the Year. During dinner a raffle was held which raised over £1775.93 For the Hounds for Heroes charity.
“This year’s event was a great success, with the added bonus of seeing our Partners getting the opportunity to meet some of the Vets4Pets Partners and support teams. If the conference is anything to go by – I’m very much looking forward to seeing what the next few years bring!” Jane Balmain, Managing Director Companion Care. More from
