In December 2017, OR Technology presents the Amadeo V-DR mini for the veterinary surgeon. The new, digital complete X-ray system is ideally suited for small animal practices.
The 32kW high-frequency generator is integrated directly into the X-ray table to save space. For the power supply, it is sufficient to connect the system to a standard socket (230 volts). A 110-volt version is also available on request.
The even more compact design of the Amadeo V-DR mini distinguishes it from its previous model. The integrated PC and a swivelling 23" touch monitor mounted directly on the X-ray stand allow working in a minimal space. The sturdy monitor arm holder can be swivelled through 180° for easy operation and is also height-adjustable. “The Amadeo V-DR mini extends our product portfolio for the small animal physician," emphasises Bernd Oehm. "The miracle of space is suitable for the simple wall socket and proves to be a perfect tool for the production and diagnosis of digital X-ray images."
The patient positioning table is equipped with a floating tabletop and can be comfortably operated via a foot pedal in the front area.
The Amadeo V-DR mini is equipped with the user-friendly OR acquisition software. The X-ray images are of the highest quality even at low doses. The console controls all functions for operating the X-ray system: from the control of the X-ray generator to the recording of findings within seconds. All the necessary settings are made on a single monitor. The integrated multimedia X-ray assistant offers additional information for the correct adjustment technology and positioning of the animal patient.
A connection to an existing practice management system is easily possible. The optional PACS can also be used for other imaging modalities such as computed tomography or sonography.
As an additional special feature, the X-ray table is equipped with cable clamps as standard. Thus, the legs of the animal can be fixed with bands in the correct position.
