CVS Acquires Market Hall Vets In Wales
CVS Group (“CVS” or the “Group”), one of the UK’s leading providers of integrated veterinary services, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Market Hall Vets, a first opinion practice operating three sites across Carmarthenshire in southwest Wales.
Founded over four decades ago, Market Hall Vets is a well-established practice operating at the heart of the Carmarthenshire community. With a team of 18 vets providing diagnostic and preventative care to equine, small animal and farm patients, Market Hall’s offering is strongly aligned to CVS and will broaden its presence in the region.
The acquisition reflects CVS’ ongoing commitment to complementing organic growth with acquisitions of carefully selected practices to enhance its existing offering.
Richard Fairman CEO at CVS Group commented:
“We are delighted to have Market Hall Vets join CVS. Market Hall has been providing excellent care and service to their clients for over 40 years and we look forward to building on that reputation and expertise and being a part of the future growth and development of the practice.”
James Cahill, Group Business Development Director at CVS Group commented:
“Market Hall joins and builds on our presence in Carmarthenshire bringing both Farm, Equine and Small animal expertise. Our purpose in CVS is to provide the best possible care to animals and the acquisition of Market Hall enables us to support and grow that purpose in Carmarthenshire. “
