Dechra To Host ‘The Three Things About Cushing’s I Wish I’d Known Sooner’ Webinar
Dechra is hosting a brand-new webinar on ‘The three things about Cushing’s I wish I’d known sooner’ to give vets the opportunity to unlock expert insights that will save time and enhance their canine patients’ quality of life.
The hour-long, live webinar will take place at 7pm on Wednesday 4th June and will be presented by Dechra veterinary technical advisor, Emily Casey BVM&S MRCVS. It follows a sell-out audience at a canine Cushing’s syndrome session at the London Vet Show 2024 on the same topic.
The free webinar will enable delegates to discover three crucial insights into Cushing’s to save time and reduce confusion when approaching canine Cushing’s cases, optimise treatment of Cushingoid patients with Vetoryl and improve the quality of life of Cushingoid patients.
“Canine Cushing’s syndrome can seem over-complicated, and we receive about 200 calls a month on the disease, so we’ve seen it all,” comments Emily Casey. “Our new webinar will provide vets with a straightforward, no-nonsense approach to Cushing’s that will transform how they manage their next canine Cushing’s case.”
Delegates who join the webinar live will be entered into a prize draw to win a Littman Classic III Stethoscope. To register for the webinar go to https://go.dechra.co.uk/3-things-about-cushings.
Dechra also has a series of useful modules on Dechra Academy to keep vets up to date on Cushing’s syndrome. The canine Cushing’s syndrome course features three 45-minute modules written by Emily Armstrong BVSc MRCVS, regional technical lead for companion animal products at Dechra, and covers ‘Identifying canine Cushing’s syndrome’, ‘Diagnosing canine Cushing’s syndrome’ and ‘Treating and monitoring canine Cushing’s syndrome’.
