Final Call For Nominations For The 2026 Petplan Veterinary Awards

Veterinary practices, clients and colleagues are being urged to submit their nominations for the 2026 Petplan Veterinary Awards before entries close on Friday 4 September 2026. The awards recognise the individuals and practice teams who go above and beyond to support pets, clients and the wider veterinary profession.
Now in its 27th year, the Petplan Veterinary Awards celebrate the commitment, compassion and expertise shown by veterinary professionals across the UK.
Nominations are open across five categories, recognising excellence at both an individual and practice level:
- Practice of the Year
- Practice Manager of the Year
- Practice Support Staff of the Year
- Vet of the Year
- Vet Nurse of the Year
Practices are encouraged to submit their entries now and invite clients and colleagues to nominate deserving teams and individuals too.
Every nominee receives a certificate, to mark their achievement and the short-listed finalists will be invited to a prestigious awards evening in London on 19th November 2026 to enjoy the ‘Oscars’ of the veterinary world where the winners will be announced.
