FREE EXPERT BUSINESS SUPPORT FOR VETERINARY PRACTICES DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC
Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health launches new ‘ask the expert’ online panel to provide free support and advice to vets
Bracknell, 9th April 2020: COVID-19 has changed the way veterinary practices are operating. With many practices remaining open to provide emergency and urgent care for pets, whilst complying with social distancing guidelines for their staff and clients, the pressure on practices is growing. So how should practice managers and clinical directors lead their teams through this period? How can they adhere to the regulator guidelines whilst maintaining practice turnover? How do they do all this without compromising customer experience?
Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health Ltd has brought together a panel of business experts to answer such questions for the veterinary profession during a live webinar. The panel will be live online for the first time at 19.30 on Thursday 16thApril 2020. Veterinary professionals can tune into the live webinar on The Boehringer Academy - www.boehringer-academy.co.uk
Hosted by Past President of the British Veterinary Association Gudrun Ravetz, three additional veterinary business experts - Brian Faulkner, Alison Lambert and Alan Robinson - will come together to share their advice on how to minimise the impact that COVID-19 has on the practice, the team and a practice’s clients.
Veterinary professionals can submit questions directly to the panel who will answer them during the live event.
This webinar is part of Boehringer Ingelheim’s commitment to support the veterinary profession, clients and pets/livestock during the current COVID-19 pandemic. Registration for the webinar is simple and free via the Boehringer Academy today www.boehringer-academy.co.uk.
