CarefreeCredit offers free podcast to members to help them build their business
Vet members’ club, CarefreeCredit, which provides loans to uninsured owners of pets in need of medical attention, is now offering a free podcast to members by vet expert Brian Faulkner to help them run a better, more profitable practice.
The podcast is based on extracts from Brian’s highly successful ‘Colourful Consultation’ programme that helps vets communicate with confidence during veterinary consultations.
This first podcast looks at the goals and challenges of getting paid for the work vets do; the difference between selling and making professional recommendations and between profits and profiteering; and how to work effectively as a team to get paid and reduce bad debts while increasing productivity, client yield and turnover in a fair and ethical way.
