The Goddard Growlers, a team from the M25-based corporate practice, is preparing for its second attempt at the annual 'Vet Charity Challenge' which takes place on Saturday 26 September 2015 at Cannock Chase, Staffordshire. Regional Managers Philippa Davis (Goose), Mark Gill (Merlin), Adrian Hayter (Wolfman) and HR Manager Helen Farrant (Viper) make up the team this year with training well underway, according to Growlers 'veteran' Philippa Davies. She said: " I really enjoyed the Vet Charity Challenge two years ago so didn't want to miss this year's event. Somehow I had managed to forget how hard training could be, particularly in the driving rain!"  Mark Gill, who also taking part this year, added:  "The opportunity to raise money for some great causes and to discover quite how painful it is to do more exercise in one day than the last five years was too good to miss. The Goddard Growlers will be a force to be reckoned with on the day!"  This year's Vet Charity Challenge will raise funds for Canine Partners, SPANA and International Cat Care.   Challenges the teams will face include orienteering, running, cycling and kayaking and other mental and physical tasks.  Anyone who would like to sponsor the Goddard Growlers is asked to visit http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/GoddardGrowlers - or make a donation at any Goddard practice.
