The National Equine Forum (NEF), the UK's foremost independent equestrian conference, will hold its 34thevent on Thursday, 5 March 2026, with a diverse programme aimed at helping to build a united vision for the future of equestrianism.

“We have become well-known for bringing together equestrian experts, policymakers, industry leaders, and enthusiasts, to debate the most pressing challenges and opportunities facing the equine sector.” said Tim Brigstocke, NEF Chair. “This year is no exception. For anyone who is keen to keep their finger on the pulse of what’s important for the future of the equine sector, this year’s programme won’t disappoint.”

NEF is continuing to expand its reach. In 2025, the Forum achieved record-breaking attendance, with more than 630 participants, both in person and via the livestream. This underscores the event’s importance as a unifying space for the UK and international equine community.

“The National Equine Forum remains committed to its mission of offering an unbiased non-commercial space for open discussion on policy, welfare, science and innovation,” said Tim Brigstocke, NEF Chair. “With the privilege of HRH The Princess Royal as our President and guided by our dedicated organising committee, NEF26 promises to deliver another day of thought-provoking sessions and enjoyable networking opportunities.”

Registration for NEF26 2026 is now open.
