New Voices To Take Centre Stage At BVA Live 2022

New kid on the block, Vetted Recruitment, has really come into its own within the veterinary profession over the last few months with webinars on coming to work in the UK and podcasts addressing recruitment challenges, to help hiring managers and job seekers navigate their way through.
Now they have announced that they will not only attend BVA Live but, they will be speaking in the Business Showcase Theatre during the exhibition.
Although a newly formed company, Vetted Recruitment boasts over 30 years’ experience within veterinary recruitment, proving they know veterinary.
Directors of the company, Laura Collings and Debbie Loding, will take to the stage to discuss Recruitment 101 at 3pm on 23rd June.
Laura Collings says,
“We are really looking forward to BVA Live in June. The recruitment crisis is a constant headache for hiring managers at practices. We want to discuss what they can do to bag themselves the best candidates.
“We will be covering topics such as ‘Do it yourself’ recruitment, and when to get help, along with tips and practical suggestions for hiring managers.”
For job seekers, or those looking for a potential job change, techniques, trends and what red flags to look out for will be the hot topic to help them source their perfect role.
Debbie Loding says,
“We are so excited to be exhibiting and speaking at BVA Live. Helping candidates find the right fit for them, when it comes to new roles, is key to ensuring an engaging and rewarding career, as well as longevity for the practice.”
The team will be on hand to answer any questions in the Q & A session at the end of the discussion on the Thursday or at stand A54 for the whole two days of the exhibition.
