Stress-related behaviours in dogs are a key consideration in canine welfare. This symposium will give attendees a clear and deep understanding when it comes to recognising and managing stress in dogs. Topics will include the science behind the gut-brain axis, the pet-human relationship and how probiotics can influence canine behaviour.
The speaker line-up consists of ten exceptional experts from around the world, including Dr. Clara Palestrini, Professor at the University of Milan’s Department of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science, Dr. Sarah Heath, European Veterinary Specialist in Behavioural Medicine, and Dr Marta Amat Grau and Dr Xavier Manteca Vilanova of the University of Barcelona, both diplomates of the European College of Animal Welfare and Behavioural Medicine.
Beyond clinical talks, the symposium will feature a dynamic round-table discussion where attendees will be encouraged to share their opinions and get involved in conversations surrounding the topics of the day.
