Amoxycillin plus clavulanic acid tablets have been the most widely used antibacterials in dogs and cats for many years. Using the product at the standard dose of 10mg/kg ammoxycillin and 2.5mg/kg clavulanic acid allowed dosing of up to 4kg with a single tablet of the old brands.
