Registrations Now Open For Improve International's Postgraduate Certificates (PgC) In Small Animal Medicine And Small Animal Surgery

Improve International has announced that registration is open for its two year PgC courses in Small Animal Medicine and Small Animal Surgery which begin in October 2013. Venues include Swindon, St Albans, Manchester and Glasgow. A PgC in Small Animal Medicine course will also be held in Dublin. The two year Certificates are the result of a collaboration between veterinary CPD provider Improve International, Harper Adams University and the European School of Veterinary Postgraduate Studies (ESVPS). They are aimed at veterinary professionals who have been working in practice for at least two years. Participants will typically be employed in practice on a full-time basis and would therefore be undertaking CPD alongside their existing work. Successful candidates will receive a PgC awarded by Harper Adams University as well as a GPCert awarded by ESVPS. These new PgCs are academically equivalent to other PgCs currently available to the UK veterinary profession. The validation by a British University elevates the status of the teaching and the accompanying qualifications to a recognised level and is a significant move forward for all three parties.
