Petplan - PIA Award - Former BVNA President, Donna Lewis, Petplan Business Developer, Spencer Jones, Petplan Insurance Advisor Award winner, Kelli Vogt and Jill Robinson MBE
With a strong belief in the benefits of pet insurance Kelli continually goes the extra mile to provide clients and staff with detailed information and advice on the different types of existing insurance policies available. Her dedication to the PIA role, over the past two years, inspired colleagues to nominate her as one of the best Petplan Insurance Advisers in the UK.
“It was such a surprise to actually win the award, I‘m greatly honoured!” said Kelli. “The scheme is such a great programme and I recommend it to all my colleagues and anyone that will listen. It’s a great link between veterinary practices and insurers and it means that we can really help pet owners have financial security should anything happen. The more pet owners are informed of the importance of pet insurance the more likely it’ll become mandatory, which will allow them to always get the best possible treatment for their pet without having to worry about the financial implications.”
The finalists were judged by President of BVNA Donna Lewis, Petplan Business Developers Lisa Allen and Spencer Jones, and Head of Business Development at Petplan Howard Brown.
Howard says, “At Petplan we are proud to recognise the dedication and hard work that Pet Insurance Advisors put in to give their customers informed and up-to-date advice. It is great to see the dedication and competence that Kelli has applied to providing her customers with this service, she is a testament to this and she is a very deserving winner.”
The other finalists were Wendy Wears, Vet Nurse at Moor Cottage Veterinary Hospital in Berkshire, and Vickie Sadler, Orwell Veterinary Group in Ipswich, Suffolk.
