Vetstreet Offers Free Webinar On Increasing Dental Compliance

Dentistry expert Heidi Lobprise, DVM, DAVDC, will explain how to encourage clients to take advantage of dental offerings Vetstreet, a national leader in integrated education and communication campaigns for veterinary practices, will kick off pet dental season with a free webinar on November 6, 2014, specifically designed to educate veterinarians and practice managers on the most successful ways to promote a practice’s dental offerings. Veterinary dentistry expert and author/coauthor of three dental texts, Heidi Lobprise, DVM, DAVDC, will host the 1-hour program. Dr. Lobprise became a board certified veterinary dentist in 1993, and continued to work in the general and referral practice until 2003, when she joined the Veterinary Specialty Team of Pfizer Animal Health. “Though often overlooked, dental issues can result in serious complications for our pets’ overall health, which is why we have a responsibility to encourage our clients to take advantage of the dental services we have to offer,” said Dr. Lobprise. “Educating pet owners is a key component to building, maintaining and growing a strong practice. As we gear up for Pet Dental Health Month in February, I’m very excited to be able to partner with Vetstreet to offer this free dental webinar to help practices increase revenue and improve the health of their patients. ” Dr. Lobprise will outline some of the quickest ways to enhance veterinary dental practice, including technologies that can be used to support a practice’s existing communication protocols and effective new ways to educate clients about the importance of pet dental care. In addition to Dr. Lobprise’s insight and advice, attendees will receive:

• An image library to help build client education tools, including content for practice websites
