Grantham has a distinguished history of being at the cutting edge and South Kesteven District Council reflected this by sponsoring the Business Innovation Award. Veterinary consultancy business Onswitch were presented with their award by Councillor Frances Cartwright.
On Wednesday 10th April, the Onswitch team were delighted to collect the award for '2013 Business Innovation of the Year' amongst stiff competition, in the Grantham Journal Business Awards. The accolade was awarded in recognition of the impressive statistics delivered in the last year by Bertha, Onswitch's unique training bus:- 150 days training delivered
- 48 towns in four countries visited
- 18,000 miles covered
- Three innovative courses run (5 steps customer care, Equine practice-specific customer care and clinical consultation skills)
- Over 900 delegates attended for hands-on learning
- Around 6,000 hot drinks made on board!
