SPVS and VPMA are re-running their popular course on Training the Veterinary Receptionist in Preston on Wednesday 21st October 2015.  Brian Faulkner from The Colourful Consultancy will focus on how pivotal receptionists are in ensuring pets, owners, nurses and vets work together to achieve optimum clinical resolution.  And how, by getting this right, they contribute to optimum financial resolution. 

The course is aimed at practice managers, owners, head nurses or head receptionists.
