Ceva Hosts Feline Hypertension And CKD CPD Meeting
Ceva Animal Health is hosting an evening CPD meeting on feline hypertension and CKD.
The meeting will be led by Dr Rosanne Jepson BVSc MVetMed PhD DipACVIM DipECVIM PGCertVetEd FHEA MRCVS, Associate Professor Small Animal Internal Medicine Specialist at RVC and will consist of two talks.
The first is entitled ‘Hypertension and concurrent diseases’ and will cover how veterinary surgeons should manage and treat hypertension when it presents with other concurrent diseases such as CKD and hyperthyroidism.
This will be followed by a talk providing an ‘Overview of diagnosis and stage specific management of feline CKD’. This talk will review the recently updated IRIS guidelines and discuss the latest and most up-to-date methods in diagnosing and managing CKD in both the early and later stages.
The meeting, which is free of charge, will account for two hours CPD and will take place on Tuesday 18th February 2020 at the Mercure London North Watford Hunton Park Hotel in Watford, which is close to junctions 19 and 20 of the M25. A buffet will be served at 7.30pm, with the first talk commencing at 8.00pm.
