Client Care Gold Award Highlights Animal Hospital's Success

A leading Yorkshire animal hospital is celebrating award success for its client care team.
Four team members at Linnaeus-owned Paragon Veterinary Referrals in Wakefield have achieved the highest gold status in the British Veterinary Receptionist Association (BVRA) awards.
The BVRA awards set the industry benchmark and ensure standards are met and maintained, while the BVRA itself focuses on the interests of veterinary receptionists across the UK, raising the status of veterinary receptionists through training, education and development.
Those who achieved the prestigious gold status at Paragon were Amy Holloway, Nicola Ward, Lora Stephenson and Amy Bailey.
Paragon’s client care manager Zoe Dobson said: “It’s an incredible feat for four members of our client care team to achieve the highest gold award.
“It is a clear demonstration of Paragon’s commitment to maintaining the highest possible level of patient and customer care.”
The BVRA also acts as networking hub for veterinary receptionists, enabling them to share their expertise and experiences, which in turn ensures patients and clients receive the best possible care.
Amy said: “We’re all very proud to have achieved the BVRA awards gold status. However, we won’t rest on our laurels and will continue to provide the highest level of care possible to all those we look after at Paragon.”
