Colette Henry Appointed As Norbrook Professor Of Business And Enterprise

The Royal Veterinary College (RVC) has appointed Professor Colette Henry as the Norbrook Professor of Business and Enterprise.
This newly created position, funded by Norbrook Laboratories Ltd, is the first formal business and enterprise professorship created in a European veterinary school.
Professor Henry will head the new RVC Centre for Veterinary and Bioveterinary Enterprise. She will work alongside RVC Enterprise and the London BioScience Innovation Centre (LBIC) to develop the College’s teaching by further integrating enterprise into science and clinical courses. A leading research programme will also be created to support innovative business practices in the veterinary sector on both a national and international basis.
Before joining the RVC, Professor Henry was Head of Department for Business Studies and Director of the Centre for Entrepreneurship Research at Dundalk Institute of Technology. She is currently President of the Institute for Small Business and Entrepreneurship, the UK’s leading network for those involved in the teaching, research and support of entrepreneurship.3845 views
