CVS has created a film to recognise the breadth of day-to-day work of its 9,000 colleagues providing veterinary services.
The ‘we care’ film – showing colleagues within its practices, services and support divisions – has been created to mark the group’s 25th anniversary, since being founded in 1999.

Produced by BAFTA nominated filmmaker Gary Tarn, the film was premiered last week at CVS Group’s annual leadership conference in the ICC Birmingham.
It was seen initially by a 1,000-strong audience of CVS’ colleagues from practices and support services and shared with all colleagues through the company’s internal communication channels.
Using headings such as ‘we treat’, ‘we analyse’ and ‘we console’, the film aims to give a brief insight into the significant skill, expertise and teamwork that goes into providing CVS veterinary care – from the start to the end of an animals’ life.
It aims to showcase the vast breadth of services and support within the group, so that viewers can appreciate how CVS colleagues work together to deliver great veterinary care.
