Cx Congress June 2018 - Registrations For NEW Pre-day Now Open!
The most influential annual veterinary customer experience event in the world, Cx Congress delivers a full day of practical, focused customer care CPD for everyone working in veterinary practice; from the front desk to the final consult. This year, a NEW supplementary pre-day on Friday 15th June allows delegates the option to benefit from two additional comprehensive workshops:
· 'More about the phone'. Professor Liz Stokoe of Loughborough University presents findings and shares learnings from her practice communications research
· 'More about Lean Improvement Process'. Simon Bricknell & Max Pardo-Roques, Partners at global strategy consultancy KMT&T, share the results of their lean mapping of veterinary practices
The main Cx Congress 2018 event takes place the following day, Saturday 16th June, and for the first time features four concurrent pet, equine, leading and consult room streams, each with a practical focus in line with this year's theme, 'You can do it!' So there's something for all veterinary professionals, regardless of experience, practice type or size, and role:
Pet For customer care teams working in small animal practice
Equine For customer care teams working in equine practice
Leading For supervisors, leaders, managers, heads of department
Consult room For nurses and vets who consult
The Opening Speaker of Cx Congress 2018 will be Claire Lomas MBE, inspirational sportswoman, mother and fundraiser. Claire’s life turned upside down in May 2007 when she was paralysed from the chest down in a riding accident. Since then she has raised over half a million pounds for spinal research, written a book, learned several new sports and refused to accept any limitations to her ambitions.

Cx Congress 2018's Closing Speaker will be Andy Roark, American veterinarian, international speaker, author, media personality and 'Head Cheerleader' at www.drandyroark.com. Alongside Claire and Andy, experts in Pet, Equine, Leading and Consult skills will deliver four sessions in each stream throughout the day, packed with practical tips and key insights to help delegates deliver an excellent customer experience to every client, every time.
Cx Congress 2018 takes place on Saturday 16th June 2018, at the De Vere East Midlands Conference Centre and Orchard Hotel, Nottingham. Delegates can attend the pre-day workshop without buying tickets for Cx Congress the next day, or book a place at both events to really optimise their customer experience CPD.
