Dechra has launched new SPECIFIC Heart & Kidney Support Hydrolysed dry diets and updated its formula for Specific Heart & Kidney Support wet and dry diets, giving veterinary teams another diet option for dogs and cats with kidney disease.
The new formula featured in both diets offers superior palatability and works in a multi-action way with support of the gut-kidney axis to help optimise protein absorption and maintenance of muscle mass, gut barrier integrity and a healthy microbiome, while lowering uremic toxins in the blood.
