Driving Team Glenbrae To Continued Success!
Glasgow-based three-site practice, Glenbrae Veterinary Clinic, put the 'bus' into 'business' recently, with their annual visit from Bertha - Onswitch's custom-fitted training bus.
Glenbrae has always placed great importance on the customer experience, training every member of the team to deliver great care, whether at the reception desk or in the consult room. But keeping standards high means measuring performance after the training has finished, and so the practice subscribes both to Index reporting (monthly telephone Mystery Shopping) and ConsultTrack (scoring vets and nurses on the quality of their communication and client interactions during consultations.)
Wendy McGrandles, practice Principal at Glenbrae Veterinary Clinic explains the value of her practice's Onswitch partnership, "Every year Bertha pays a visit to our practice, allowing everyone to attend training sessions, either to refresh skills, or learn new ones for anyone who has joined the practice since her last visit. Having experienced trainers who can deliver a range of courses in our car park enables us to keep the practice open as usual whilst the team dip in and out as required. The ongoing programme of training and reporting we get from Onswitch allows us to deliver the very best care for our clients and their pets throughout the year. Our clients tell us that they value the excellent customer experience we provide here at Glenbrae, and in driving us on to achieve greater results, Bertha plays a key role in the success of our practice."
