Jorgen Kruuse A / S are very pleased to announce it has completed its acquisition of Danish market competitor E-vet A / S which had been a part of Eldorado Group. E-vet will continue as an individually managed company with focus on veterinary products and education. The acquisition will complement both companies by strengthening the availability of value solutions to vets.
Jorgen Kruuse is a leading provider of equipment to the veterinary industry worldwide served through 350 selected veterinary distributors in 100 countries. The 100% family-owned company was established in 1896.
E-vet A / S are a total supplier to the veterinary industry with a special focus on Denmark and Scandinavia. E-vet are based in Haderslev and employs 20 staff. The current management team consisting of Karl Erik Bering, CEO of E-vet and Børge Lausen, president of E-vet, remains unchanged.
