NEW CXCLUB BUSINESS MANAGEMENT CONTENT NOW LIVE
In the run up to VPMA, new business management CPD modules and refreshed content have been uploaded to the online streaming library at www.cxclub.care.
The Cxclub CPD library offers members access to a huge range of content, covering both theory and practical tips to help practice teams optimise every aspect of their performance. Practice managers and site champions (for multi-site practices) will find invaluable resources to help deliver consistently high standards across every area of the business, in the new Business Management section of the Cxclub. Video tutorials cover the Balanced Scorecard process in detail, delivering accredited CPD in a series of 30-minute interactive streams.
