New Territory Managers For Pet Food At Virbac

Virbac has appointed two new Territory Managers for its Vet Complex range of pet food. Both experienced RVNs, they will work to build awareness and sales of the company's premium Vet Complex range, which is sold exclusively through veterinary practices across the UK.
Katie Wilkie has been appointed Territory Manager for the north of the UK. Following qualification as an RVN, she worked in practice for two years before moving into the veterinary industry to take on territory management roles. More recently she has been working in a sales role for a major event management company. Jo Elwood has been appointed Territory Manager for the south of the UK. She qualified as a RVN in 2013 and has worked in small animal practice since then.
Vet Complex is a premium dry pet food range, developed and manufactured by Virbac. It offers a compact range of highly palatable life stage and clinical diets for dogs and cats.
Commenting on her appointment, Katie Wilkie said: "High quality nutrition plays a key role in the care of companion animals so the opportunity to help to promote a premium diet manufactured by a veterinary-only company was too good to miss. I'm particularly looking forward to working with nurses and helping them to offer successful nutrition clinics to help educate owners about the role of nutrition in their pets' health."
Jo Elwood added: "I am passionate about nutrition and am excited at my new role with Virbac. I am looking forward to introducing practices in my territory to a veterinary diet which I am familiar with and found very effective during my time in practice."
