Haydock Park
New Venue For Vets North
8-9 July, Haydock Park Racecourse, Merseyside
This year’s Vets North is moving to Haydock Park Racecourse, Merseyside, in order to make the event even more accessible and to offer enhanced facilities to ensure delegates can make the most of their learning experience.
Vets North is a regular fixture on the conference calendar with a strong following among veterinary professionals working in the north and west of the UK. Delegates will benefit from the rich programme of high-quality learning offered first at Vets South on 4-5 March, developed by the UK’s leading CPD provider, Improve International, and delivered by global experts. Speakers include Dr Kieran Borgeat, an American, European and RCVS Recognised Specialist in Veterinary Cardiology; Dr Owen Davies, an RCVS and American Specialist in Veterinary Oncology and Dr David Williams, Associate Lecturer in Veterinary Ophthalmology at Cambridge University and Fellow of St John’s College Cambridge.
Bayer Animal Health is the lead sponsor of both Vets South and Vets North for the first time in 2020. The full programme is available on the Vets North website. Early Bird rates start at £90.00 + VAT per day and are available until 31 March 2020.
“Our research confirms that veterinary professionals from the north west of the UK and Yorkshire are particularly keen participants at Vets North so we believe our new venue will make the event even more convenient for them, explains Dr Aram Diez, Event Director. “Vets North is already highly regarded for the quality of the learning on offer, its lively atmosphere and the opportunity it provides for deep engagement and discussion. We know that this year’s delegates will also really enjoy the fantastic facilities on offer at Haydock Park Racecourse. We can’t wait to welcome them.”
Ms Donna Tomlinson, Senior Brand Manager at Bayer Animal Health, said: “Bayer is proud to be supporting both Vets South and Vets North 2020 as lead sponsor. The events offer a great opportunity to connect with veterinary professionals and to show our support for them through providing confidence, convenience and continued education.”
