Nominations For The Petplan Veterinary Awards 2026 Now Open

Petplan, the UK’s number 1 pet insurance provider, have opened nominations for the 2026 Petplan Veterinary Awards.
Since 1999, the prestigious Petplan Veterinary Awards, have recognised the exceptional work carried out by passionate veterinary professionals and practices across the UK, and as the years have gone on, that passion and remarkable work has continued with pets now having access to better care than ever before.
Nominations for the Petplan Veterinary Awards are open from 5th May – 4th September 2026 and provide a platform for pet owners and veterinary colleagues to show their gratitude and recognition for those who provide an outstanding service to ensure the health and wellbeing of pets.
The ‘Oscars’ of the veterinary world, as they’re sometimes known, include five award categories that celebrate both individuals and groups across a range of roles:
- Practice of the Year
- Practice Manager of the Year
- Practice Support Staff of the Year
- Vet of the Year
- Vet Nurse of the Year
