Petplan, the UK’s most trusted pet insurance provider, is thrilled to announce that nominations for the annual Petplan and ADCH Animal Charity Awards are now open.
The Awards celebrate the exceptional work of animal charities and not-for-profit organisations across the UK, providing an opportunity to recognise the dedication and commitment of both individuals and teams. Petplan has worked closely with animal rehoming centres all over the UK during its 40 year history and over that time has seen first-hand the outstanding work that goes on to help improve animal welfare.
Isabella Von Mesterhazy, Head of Marketing at Petplan comments: “Through the Petplan and ADCH Animal Charity Awards we’re able to support and recognise the inspiring teams and individuals at charities across the UK who commit themselves to the care of animals. Petplan works with over 1,200 animal charities across the UK, providing support in a variety of ways to help improve the lives of pets, and we’d like to encourage those who would like to see their local charity be in with a chance of winning, to nominate them today.”
Winners will be selected from the following three categories: Animal Charity Volunteer of the Year, Animal Charity Employee of the Year and Animal Charity Team of the Year. To nominate an animal charity or individual, simply submit your suggestion to www.petplan.co.uk/charityawards by 13th January 2017. Winners will be announced at a ceremony on 26th April 2017.
