Norbrook, a leading global provider of veterinary pharmaceuticals, continues to expand its nationwide network with the appointment of four new team members.

Two Territory Managers have been appointed to complement the existing veterinary sales team operational across the country - Rebecca Jessett will cover a new Central Midlands area, while Katie Walters will be responsible for a new South Coast remit.

Sandie Dashper also joins as Regional Sales Manager for the Southern Vet Team while Philippa Bingham has been appointed as a Key Account Manager.

Mark Collinson, General Manager for Norbrook GB, says the new appointments are part of the company’s ongoing commitment to its clients.

“As a business, Norbrook is committed to providing the insights, guidance and support that our clients need, when they need it. Central to this commitment is having a high performing team in place who are focused on supporting our customers in their specific region and who deliver product expertise on a multi-species basis.”

Rebecca Jessett, the new Territory Manager for the Central Midlands area, will cover around 300 veterinary practices across several counties.  Focused on delivering excellent customer service, she is planning to hold specialist client information evenings and will ensure all support literature is geared towards the specific practices in her region.

Before joining Norbrook, Ms Jessett held similar positions at a number of animal health companies, after completing a BSc (hons) in Animal Health and Welfare at Harper Adams University.

Katie Walters is the new Territory Manager for the South Coast, an area predominantly made up of small animal practices, with some equine and farm practices too. Her area covers cities including Southampton and Portsmouth.

Ms Walters worked as a veterinary nurse for nine years before joining Norbrook, so has first-hand experience of what is needed by customer-facing practices.

Sandie Dashper joins as Regional Sales Manager for the Southern Vet Team and brings with her more than 13 years’ experience within the veterinary and animal health retail and wholesale distribution sector. Her role at Norbrook will involve the leadership of eight Territory Managers, covering Wales and the entire southern region of the UK. She says she is looking forward to making an impact:

“Norbrook is known for delivering products that are really needed by the animal health sector. This forges close relationships with clients; a way of working that reaps great rewards and something I am excited about being a part of.”

Philippa Bingham has been appointed as a Key Account Manager and brings with her some 14 years’ experience in both the pharmaceutical and medical device industry. Her most recent experience is as an Orthopaedic Trauma Business Development Manager and prior to that as a Ruminant Account Manager.

Mr Collinson says he is looking forward to the contribution the new team members will make.

“All four new members of our team bring impressive credentials to the table. They have already demonstrated an extensive combination of technical knowledge and a drive to deliver the best possible customer service. Perhaps most importantly, their passion and enthusiasm for the animal health sector is obvious, a quality which is essential for our ongoing success.

“I very much look forward to working alongside them in the future to continue offering the best possible service to practices across the UK.”
