#TeamOnswitch have just returned from a trip to share updates with European Index licence holders in Germany and the Netherlands. Donald Lambert, Sophie Dainty and Balint Nagy meet quarterly with lndex colleagues, sharing best practice across markets and driving continued rollout of the unique Index telephone customer experience reporting tool. A highlight of this latest trip was the opening of a new suite of rooms in the Mystery Shopping call centre located in the offices of Dutch licence holder St Anna Advies in Nijmegen. Onswitch's Donald Lambert was called upon to do the honours (see accompanying MOV file) and unveiled the aptly named 'Alison Arcade' and 'Donald Dome'!

Dr Roeland Wessels from St Anna Advies in Nijmegen, The Netherlands, oversees the Index programme, with growing numbers of practices signing up. "We were the first European country to become a licence holder for the Index, back in 2015. St Anna Advies was founded in 2008 to train and support practices throughout the Benelux nations in delivering a superior customer experience to pet owners, so the Index was an obvious addition to our service. Our data proves that practices joining the Index offer three times as many appointments as non-Index sites, and subscribers are reaping the rewards through increased client registrations and turnover. Our new Mystery Shopping rooms will help our team make more calls to more practices, and as creators of the Index, it seemed only right that we put Alison and Donald's names over the door!"

The Index now has licence holders in 13 countries, and there's always room for more - Onswitch would be delighted to discuss options for additional markets, so interested parties should get in touch with Donald Lambert via [email protected].
