Onswitch Up And Coming Down Under!
Next month sees Onswitch's Managing Director Alison Lambert curating two full days of workshops, seminars and lectures at the Australian Veterinary Association's Veterinary Business Group Summit. The annual event takes place in Melbourne on 26th and 27th October, and marks Alison's second consecutive year in attendance as keynote speaker.
The focus of this year's VBG event is on helping practices create a customer experience that is engaging and unique; using disruptive marketing, a fresh focus and forward planning to ensure success - very much in keeping with Onswitch's approach and expertise! Alison will share learnings and case studies from the UK and Europe, underlining the importance of following a simple, but highly effective four-step process: Train, Measure, Manage and Inspire the practice team. She will also present robust evidence and quantitative data collected from the comprehensive international Onswitch Index programme, now operating under license in Australia through Focxus.
Alison told us how much she's looking forward to the event. "Aside from being able to swap the UK's autumn for Australia's spring, the VBG summit gives me the opportunity to work once again with a motivated group of people who really get the idea that the customer experience matters. It's great to share #TeamOnswitch's core message of Train, Measure, Manage and Inspire on a global stage, alongside some awesome speakers this year. With innovative events such as the VBG Summit, the future of Australia's veterinary sector looks very positive, and I'm delighted to have been asked back to take part."
