We've all experienced the stressed cat - from the hospitalised patient that shrinks into the corner and won't eat, to the cat that won't allow you to put a drip in even when it desperately needs it; to the cat that spits and growls and no-one wants to approach!
Cat behaviour is an intriguing topic, and ONCORE ePD are offering a new module entitled 'Low Stress Handling in Cats', which is designed to offer nurses a background in cat behaviour, help and advice on reducing stress when handling feline patients in the practice, and also helps with offering clients advice and tips on reducing cat stress before, during and after practice visits.
This is a two-week, 100% online module, which enables interaction between fellow candidates so that you can discuss cases, and offers full support from the tutor, Linda Ryan, who is an expert in the field.
All ONCORE courses are fully flexible so that you can access the learning materials and discussions at a time that suits you.
